Meet Matt McDonald!

Matt is Harding’s Bakery and Deli Supervisor.  Originally from Plainwell, Michigan, he now resides in Kalamazoo with his wife and two children.  Matt loves cooking for his family and experimenting with recipes.  Though he considers himself more of a Foodie than a Chef, he has come up with some great recipes that he will be sharing on this page.  Being the father of two, he understands how busy families are and will be focusing on quick, nutritious recipes using Harding’s Rotisserie Chickens.  We hope you enjoy!  Bon Appetit!
