Easy Beef and Broccoli

What you need:

+ 2 c. Minute® White Rice, uncooked
+ 1 Tbsp. oil
+ 1 lb. beef stir-fry strips
+ 2 c. broccoli flowerets, frozen
+ 1/4 c. hoisin sauce
+ 1/4 c. Catalina dressing
+ 1 Tbsp. fresh ginger root root, grated
What to do:
1. Prepare rice according to pkg. directions.
2. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add meat; cook 3 min. or until evenly browned, stirring frequently.
3. Add broccoli, hoisin sauce, dressing and gingerroot; stir. Cover. Cook 5 min. or until heated through.
4. Serve over rice.
Substitute: If you cannot find beef stir-fry strips in the supermarket, substitute any grilling steak, cut into thin strips.
